OUR TEAM

Erin (a.k.a. the Daughter) is now President and Owner of Penn Windows & Doors.  She handles customer service, the showroom, ordering, scheduling and anything else that needs to be done. Erin has a B.A. in English and Secondary Education from York College of Pennsylvania, has three children and lives in Northampton with her husband. Erin has been with the company since 2000.

Andy specializes in home improvement sales. He is a Lehigh Valley native (born in Slatington) and has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Bloomsburg University.  He is married and currently lives in Allentown. Andy has completed the Installers Certification Program at ProVia Door’s manufacturing facility in Sugarcreek, Ohio. He is also a blind and shade in-home sales consultant for our sister company, Richards Window Fashions. Andy has been with the company since 2013.

Matt is our Operations Manager.  He’s in charge of 2nd measures, installation crews, job materials and services.  In addition, he installs and services blinds, shades and shutters for our sister company Richards Window Fashions.  Matt is a Lehigh Valley native, born and currently living in Slatington.  He is married with two children.  Matt has been with the company since 2018.

Michael is Erin’s son and third generation Penn Windows & Doors family member! Michael works in the office, runs material to job sites and performs services with Matt. He also installs blinds, shades & shutters for our sister company, Richards Window Fashions. Michael is a Lehigh Valley native (go Konkrete Kids!) and currently lives in Lehighton with his wife and is expecting his first child in Spring 2025. Michael joined the company in 2020.
