How do I get started with my window or door purchase?
We offer free in-home consultations with NO obligation to you. Fill out the “Get in Touch” form on our site, call us at 610-433-4196 or stop in today to schedule! Andy will visit your home with samples, take measurements, show you your options, make suggestions, answer your questions and give you pricing. For doors, he can even take a picture of your home and show you how your new door will change your home’s look. We also have a beautiful, newly remodeled showroom in Allentown where you can see full-sized samples of a door with sidelites, a bay window, sliding patio door, windows, and more. No appointment necessary!
What products/brands do you carry?
Here at Penn Windows & Doors, we only install OKNA custom vinyl windows and sliding patio doors (manufactured in Bristol, PA) and ProVia steel and fiberglass doors and storm doors (manufactured in Ohio).
We install OKNA double hung, sliding, casement, awning, picture and hopper windows, as well as bay and bow windows, specialty shaped windows (arched and quarter arches) as well as their 3 lines of sliding patio doors. Vinyl windows come in a variety of exterior colors, interior laminates, and have design options such as decorative hardware, grids, and obscure glass. We install both replacement and new construction style (nailing fin) windows depending on the application.
ProVia offers gorgeous steel and fiberglass doors with countless design, glass and hardware options that help you personalize and beautiful your home. We can install everything from a simple fire-rated door between your garage and home to a stunning door, sidelite and transom unit with decorative glass and modern hardware that will make you the envy of the neighborhood. ProVia storm doors offer basic options through retractable screen and decorative full glass storm doors that you want to see year round.
We do NOT install wood windows or doors, Bilco doors, skylight windows, storm windows, sunrooms, siding, gutter, exterior shutters, awnings or wood or vinyl screen doors.
What is your warranty? Product warranties?
Penn Windows & Doors gives all customers a free 10 year service and workmanship warranty with any installation. This warranty “click here for full warranty details” works in conjunction with the manufacturer’s warranty and covers the labor for all covered warranty work and parts 10 years after installation. It also covers our workmanship – meaning the quality of our installers’ work – giving you peace of mind that your job is correctly installed, sealed, leveled, and solid. Caulk has a 1 year warranty. Any warranty work or questions – simply call the office at 610-433-4196 or email the owner directly at erin@pennwindows.com.
After the 10 year period, we’ll still service your windows and doors! There’s a service/trip fee charged. Just ask when scheduling your appointment for the current rate. Be aware – manufacturers cover most parts for the lifetime of your home, but they do NOT cover shipping. Shipping charges could apply at any point and are passed on to the customer without markup.

Do you have a showroom? Do I need to schedule an appointment to visit the showroom?
Yes, we have a beautiful, newly renovated showroom at 1518 Union Boulevard in Allentown! We’ve been in this location since 1951, so you’ve probably driven past us at some point. We have full-sized samples of products – a door with sidelites, a bay window, sliding patio door, windows, and more.
No appointment necessary! Our showroom is open Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturdays 10am – 2pm.
Please check the website, Google listing or Facebook for special Holiday hours. We are CLOSED ALL SATURDAYS from Thanksgiving weekend through the 1st weekend of January.
Do you repair windows or doors? Do you sell parts?
No, unfortunately we do not repair windows or doors that we did not install.
We do not replace glass (unless we installed that window originally and the manufacturer still exists and can send us a new glass unit).
We do not sell window or door hardware, sweeps, weatherstripping, caulk, coil, or any other items.
We do not sell windows or doors, we are not a distributor. We install everything we sell.

I don’t know where to begin other than we are EXTREMELY pleased with our new door! We knew right from the moment we sat down with Rick Jr. to go over the details and get an estimate that Penn was going to be our choice. His professional and friendly personality and presentation was perfect. Rick Jr. explained every little detail in a way that the average homeowner could understand and also listened to what was important to us. That is a quality of customer service that is forgotten by most companies, but was clearly the core of what makes Penn Windows the best. Erin and everyone who answered the phones when we called with questions were always so helpful and courteous. Rick Jr. was very patient with all of our questions and was very helpful in helping us find what we really wanted. The front entry door is not just a door; it’s the entrance to your home. It is what people see the most when they look at your house from the curb. We wanted a safe and well-made door that also looked beautiful. Well, now we have a totally new home. The door is so beautiful it changed the entire appearance of our home. Our neighbors all compliment it and ask who did the work. Frank did superb workmanship on the install. Everything works so precisely and the install was very clean and neat. The ProVia doors are, as far as I’m concerned, the most beautiful and best-built doors available. Once again, we cannot thank you enough for the wonderful customer service and workmanship and outstanding product. We highly recommend you to all.
